The bartenders, especially Henrique, were really nice too make our evening enjoyable. Henrique showed a genuine interest in us and created a personalized experience, curating the evening to our pace. His knowledge about the city and his commitment to customer satisfaction was excellent.

Located in a serene environment in the heart of the city center, this hotel offers a great location for exploring Sao Paolo. The hotel rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat. The staff goes above and beyond, offering helpful suggestions for activities and arranging trips to nearby areas like Rio. The breakfast options are delicious and the service provided by the staff, including the front desk and housekeeping, is highly professional and friendly.

During my stay at Intercontinental Sao Paulo, I had a great experience with the room service. Whenever I needed something, I called them and they were quick to respond and provide whatever I needed. The convenience of having room service at my fingertips made my stay more enjoyable.

We were warmly greeted by Maesta at reception and he kindly upgraded our room. The staff, including Sedrac at the lounge bar and Paula at check out, were friendly and courteous. The hotel facilities met our expectations with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and great internet. The location in a serene environment in the heart of the city centre made it convenient for exploring.

The hotel's location on Paulista avenue was ideal for my business trip. Being close to the residential area but still in an exclusive area allowed for a peaceful stay. I was able to relax in the comfortable room after a long day of meetings. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and professional front-desk staff. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the restaurant served delicious food. Additionally, the view from the hotel room overlooked the vibrant city, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my stay.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could be improved - the value for the price. While the location and most of the staff were great, the high price did not match the level of luxury provided.

The location is perfect, right off Avenida Paulista. Friendly and helpful staff, Jack and Maesta, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Fully equipped gym available. Clean and comfortable rooms with great internet. Starbucks nearby.

the modern rooms are spacious and well, furnished with top, quality facilities. the breakfast spread is impressive, with special diet menus that cater to individual preferences. the staff is highly professional and provides excellent service in a courteous manner. They offer an exclusive private facility within the hotel that is top, notch and aesthetically pleasing.

since we did not have time to use it anyway, it did not affect our overall experience.
